• COVID - Infection rates are very low.  Also, we have BinaxNow antigen self testing kits available as well as Halyard Fluidshield Procedural masks.

• Drinking Water - Water for the entire house is filtered.  You can drink while you shower, but we don't recommend it.

• Toilet Paper - put in the receptacles next to the toilet.  Don't flush, but if you do, don't worry about it.

• Smoking - No smoking on the property, even on the azoteas (decks and patios).  

• First Aid kits in each Apartment.  Also, we have a plastic tub full of medical related stuff such as diarrhea pills, antihistamines, etc. ​​
