What is El Nidito?

El Nidito housing co-op's purpose is to counter gentrification in the Pedregoso neighborhood by providing affordable home ownership for young Mexican professionals and families.  It is incorporated separately from El Nido, but is structured similarly.   One difference is that El Nidito has an Founder class of Cooperative Membership that provides a subsidy so that Mexican families can afford to live in our neighborhood.    It's a win/win.
